Garden Vegetable Omelet - Frozen Food

Nutrisystem Garden Vegetable Omelet

Tomatoes, onions and peppers add savory flavor when combined with two cheeses in this tender, delicious omelet. Ready in just three minutes in the microwave, it's a warm, hearty alternative to cereal and an easy, satisfying way to get the protein you need to jumpstart your day.

This is so yummy!!!!! Comes frozen, just pop in the microwave for a short time and its ready to eat. A member favorite.

MICROWAVE (1000 Watts):
1. Open one end of wrapper. Do not remove omelet from wrapper.
2. Place omelet on a microwave-safe plate.
3. Microwave on HIGH (100% power) for 2 to 2« minutes.

CONVENTIONAL OVEN:
1. Preheat oven to 325 (Degree Symbol) F.
2. Coat baking sheet with cooking spray.
3. Place unwrapped omelet in a single layer on a baking sheet and loosely cover with foil.
4. Bake 30 to 35 minutes; turn omelet over halfway through cooking time.
