Nutrisystem Garden Vegetable Omelet

MICROWAVE (1000 Watts):
1. Open one end of wrapper. Do not remove omelet from wrapper.
2. Place omelet on a microwave-safe plate.
3. Microwave on HIGH (100% power) for 2 to 2« minutes.
CONVENTIONAL OVEN:
1. Preheat oven to 325 (Degree Symbol) F.
2. Coat baking sheet with cooking spray.
3. Place unwrapped omelet in a single layer on a baking sheet and loosely cover with foil.
4. Bake 30 to 35 minutes; turn omelet over halfway through cooking time.
