Nutrisystem Scrambled Eggs with Peppers and Mushrooms

Enjoy these scrambled eggs with vegetables alone or use them as the foundation for a perfect morning omelet.



Preparation Method:
To Microwave:
1. Remove cover and add 1/2 cup (4oz) tap water. Stir thoroughly and cover with a paper towel. 2. Microwave for 30 seconds on HIGH. Stir. Microwave again for an additional 30-40 seconds.
3. Stir and serve. If liquid remains in the bottom of the cup, microwave an additional 10 seconds. NOTE: Heating times may vary with microwave ovens.

Stove-Top Instructions:
1. Remove cover and add 1/2 cup (4oz) tap water. Stir thoroughly.
2. Coat non-stick pan with vegetable spray. Cook as an omelet or scramble. Add desired vegetables.
Caution: Cup will be hot! Refrigerate Any Unused Portion
