Nutrisystem Lunch: Tomato and Corn Chowder

Nutrisystem Tomato & Corn Chowder

This lunch item will warm you on the coldest days, as it features a thick broth and heaping helpings of tomatoes, corn and beans.



Preparation Method:Microwave
1. Remove plastic lid and peel off and discard inner metal seal. (Rim will remain and not harm microwave oven.)
2. Replace plastic lid and heat on HIGH (100%) for 45-60 seconds or until hot. (Heating times will vary due to differences in microwave ovens.)
3. Remove plastic lid with care and enjoy. (Caution, steam and rim will be very hot.)

Stove Top
1. Remove plastic lid and place unopened bowl in medium saucepan of boiling water. (Do not remove inner metal seal.)
2. Return water to boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.
3. Carefully remove bowl from saucepan and peel off inner metal seal. Caution: product and bowl will be hot. Enjoy! REFRIGERATE AFTER OPENING

Water, Tomatoes, Pinto Beans, Black Beans, Skim Milk, Corn, Tomato Paste, Potato Starch, Onions, Nonfat Dry Milk, Modified Food Starch, Wheat Flour, Salt, Garlic Puree (Contains High Fructose Corn Syrup), Spices, Autolyzed Yeast, Hydrolyzed Corn Protein, Disodium Phosphate, Corn Oil, Onion Powder, Sugar, Smoke Flavoring.
